Monarch Surveyors Wins ₹23.53 Cr ADB Green Roads Contract!

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for consultancy services under the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-supported Maharashtra Green Roads Connectivity for Inclusive Growth Program. The assignment has been awarded through a joint venture, with Monarch Surveyors holding a 70 percent stake in the partnership.

The consultancy contract is valued at ₹23.53 crore, of which Monarch Surveyors’ share amounts to approximately ₹16.47 crore. The scope of work includes program implementation support, focusing on the planning, execution, monitoring, and management of sustainable road infrastructure projects across Maharashtra.

The project is aligned with the broader objective of promoting environmentally sustainable and inclusive transportation networks while improving regional connectivity and accessibility. Through its advisory role, Monarch Surveyors will contribute to the effective delivery of green road projects aimed at enhancing mobility, supporting economic development, and creating better access to opportunities in underserved areas.

The contract further strengthens the company’s position in the infrastructure consultancy sector and expands its portfolio of participation in large-scale, government-backed development initiatives supported by international funding agencies.
